Beginning January 29, 2027, every Gasparilla weekend begins with one unforgettable Friday night filled with world-class music, celebrity hosts, immersive pirate adventures and tropical festival experiences along Tampa's waterfront. Join us as we launch a new tradition to enhance one of America's biggest annual celebrations.

For more than 100 years, Gasparilla weekend has revolved around Saturday. Pirates In Paradise gives Friday night its own identity, transforming Tampa's waterfront into an immersive celebration of music, entertainment, and pirate adventure.

Pirates in Paradise was created and produced by Ciao Bella LIVE. The festival was designed to enhance and honor the tradition of Gasparilla weekend by creating a Friday night flagship festival to kickoff the third largest celebrated weekend in the country. Pirates in Paradise will combine major celebrity headlining musical performances, immersive pirate themed entertainment and decor, hospitality and interactive experiences.
